Coping with Bereavement
I have just read the most helpful book on what we experience during bereavement. Bereavement can happen after we have lost someone through death or divorce or even a relationship which isn't what we thought it was, or when a partner's disloyalty is discovered. The chaotic emotions, and the change in our life can be hard to bear. The book is called 'You'll Get Over It' by Virginia Ironside. It describes the anger, crying (or not crying), laughter, relief, the focus on 'doing' something as a distraction, people avoiding you in the street - my goodness - how well the whole experience is written down. Fortunately at Absolute Coaching we can help you with those painful and confusing emotions, allowing a more positive approach to the future. We can help you to get 'into the right place' to start the new phase of your life, whatever direction you choose this to be. Things will never be the same, but you can choose how you want to move forward. Have a look at this book if you want a brilliant insight into how different people experience beravement.
